The floors were original to 1941 and had not been well maintained. I assumed that all new wood would be needed. But Sequoia brought them back to about 95% of the original condition.
I am very impressed. The cost was reasonable. The trim and attention to detail was great. The speed of scheduling and work was fast. Our 1,000 sqft house was completed in 1.5 days.
