Sequoia did my floors about 4 months ago here I. Glendale so playing catch up. Dennis who originally came over to do estimate followed up from start to finish and in between plus I did go back and forth a few times and asked a bunch of questions and he patiently worked with me. Install team also did a great job. Everyone from Dennis to I stalkers were professional. I would use them again if the need arose and certainly recommend them.

New Living Room Floor Installed and Looking Beautiful !!
I called Sequoia Flooring looking for a quote to hopefully restore the original hardwood floors at my moms 60 year old home. I already had one company come and state the floors had to be ripped out.
Thankfully, I came across Project Manager Brian and his team who shared their knowledge and reassured us that the floor could be restored. They were both clear with what we could expect from beginning to end.
We started with some water and fire damage from decades ago, holes that were covered with plywood, and a strip of plywood that divided the living room from dinning room (see pictures).
Brian and his foreman Alex were able to pull the damaged floor up and weave in new material. It's seamless! The result are absolutely stunning floors. My mom couldn't be happier with the outcome. We are absolutely grateful to Brian and Alex for their amazing work and professionalism.

The Sequoia Team did a great job! I'm so pleased with the results. 5-stars
The floors were original to 1941and had not been well maintained. I assumed that all new wood would be needed. But Sequoia brought them back to about 95% of the original condition.
I am very impressed. The cost was reasonable. The trim and attention to detail was great. The speed of scheduling and work was fast. Our 1,000 sqft house was completed in 1.5 days.
Brian was very attentive to make sure I was getting what I wanted and that all my needs were met. I definitely recommend Sequoia.

If you need your floors done, look no further! I recently had my decades old original hardwood floors refinished, and I couldn't be more pleased. In particular I wanted to shoutout the project manager, Brian, and his team (Alex, Eder) for doing such an amazing job.
I got quotes from a few places but the moment I met Brian for an estimate, I had a good feeling--he was prompt, professional, extremely thorough in explaining everything that was to be done, and offered by far the most competitive price.
I'm new to a lot of home maintenance but I really appreciated that he took time to explain things to me without talking down/dismissing my questions. He was able to schedule the work quickly and he, Alex, and Eder got it done in such a timely manner! I've attached photos of the before and after, and the work speaks for itself!
Even after the work was done, when I called out some tiny spots Brian took the time to come over and fix them for me. He and his team did such a beautiful job and were so personable, I'll definitely look to them for any future flooring needs--as should you! :)

Previously Carpeted Hardwood
We had spoke to a few flooring places before deciding to use Sequoia Flooring. Brian was so helpful and made the process extremely streamline during the initial estimate. He gave suggestions that better suited our needs and we are so happy with the final outcome.
We were lucky to get the job started almost right away and had 2 bedrooms re-floored in a single day. With a baby on the way, we were worried that timing would be an issue, but they made it happen and we will definitely be using them in the future! The craftsmanship is excellent, the team was friendly and worked really hard, and they left the place totally clean.

Flooring in the Nursery!
Sequoia Flooring helped restore our home's original hardwood flooring (over 70 years old!) to a more beautiful finish than we could have imagined, We are so thankful and impressed by their work.
Kevin was our project manager, he stayed connected with us from our initial estimate. He and the team had great communication always, we never felt surprised by any part of the process or pressured to over spend $ or get started before we were ready.
After we signed our contract to book the flooring, clear expectations were set about what we should plan for the week of refinishing, so we were able to make arrangements for our furniture and our pets to be out of the house without issue. Mario snd the sanding team performed serious magic on our floors, and they worked so quickly and were so professional!
We have two more rooms in our home that will require refinishing in the future, and we can't wait to rehire Sequoia Flooring to come back! Thank you Kevin, Mario, and everyone at Sequoia!

A Before and After From Our Bedroom!
We recently replaced the carpet in our entertainment room with beautiful engineered oak. Brian, our point person, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us a very fair price. The installers were experienced, efficient, and friendly. They left the place looking beautiful and clean. We are so happy with our new floor! Kitchen next?
